The following technical skills are required:
- Familiar with AD environment along with TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, and other network protocols.
- Experience in network design and setup. Familiar with business level router configuration. Knowledge in CISCO, NETGEAR, LINKSYS, and JUNIPER network equipment’s would be a plus.
- Good troubleshooting skill in fixing computer hardware and software issues.
- Maintain Exchange email server and spam filter server.
- Experience with end user support.
- Ability to evaluate software package and plan for deployment.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related areas is preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in related field.
