Job Description:
You will be identifying IT professionals who are interested in working temporary and permanent positions. This includes cold-calling, following up on leads, networking, and other techniques.
You will be screening and vetting prospective candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the client’s requirements and expectations through phone screens, in-person interviews, technical phone screens with seasoned experts, skills assessments, and reference checks.
You will be presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating contract terms including salary, benefits, and expected start date.
You will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with current contractors and build a large candidate pipeline through frequent communication, lunches, and networking events.
You will act as the liaison between the candidate and the client by coordinating schedules, setting up interviews, and providing guidance and feedback throughout the process.
Requirements:
Experience in a sales or recruiting environment.
Must have great organizational skills and the ability to structure your day.
Must have the ability to overcome objectives and negotiate with candidates.
A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
